The
Falkirk in the Community programme are launching a new
initiative this summer for their community side players
devised to encourage them to seek sponsors for their kit for
the new season.
The cost of each players training
kit for Season 2009/10 is £57 which covers their training kit and
tracksuit. With the current economic situation making it hard for
families the club are keen as part of the education for the young
players to encourage them to seek sponsors for different parts of
their kit
Sponsors can include family
members, friends or possibly even small businesses who would be keen
to support them. The spreading of the £57 cost not only helps the
parents, but more importantly shows the young players the importance
of the financial side of running the Falkirk in the Community
programme.
Furthermore if players can secure
names for their kit and return these on the kit order form which is
attached below, we will add the names of the sponsors to the website
like the example shown.
