Bairns children enjoy special classes so much. They tend to join one
of our programmes at the weekend.

Children are kept active during the session with an emphasis placed
on Fun and Enjoyment during all sessions.

nurture life skills such as positive attitudes and self-esteem and we
will carefully develop your child’s concentration, confidence and
social skills in a caring, sociable and fun environment.

To
recognise and reward good sportsmanship, good manners, perseverance
and courage, we award a certificate of attendance to all participants
at the end of the block.

make every effort to ensure that the children we coach feel special.

Facts about the kids today
With
concerns about inactive kids today, the best defence against
childhood obesity is to introduce fun fitness activities and healthy
eating to young pre school children with the intention of building a
fit lifestyle throughout their childhood and into adulthood. With
video games, television and computers, it is becoming harder to keep
kids interested in fitness so by incorporating fun fitness activities
in a child's schedule, we are ensuring the physical well being of
every child in the local area.
